Each week, take a few minutes to reflect and share updates before our session. This helps us focus on what matters most for your growth.

Quick Check: Notice how you’re feeling today. Rate your energy, stress, and motivation to practice on a scale of 1–10. This gives us a snapshot of where you are right now.*
Progress Since Last Check‑In: Think about your last week. What was your biggest win or bright spot? Which practices did you keep up with? Where did you feel resistance, struggle, or get stuck? Share honestly—this is where the real work happens.*
Insights or Learnings: Reflect on anything you’ve noticed about yourself. Was there a shift in how you responded, a new awareness, or a pattern you caught? *
Coaching Request: What support do you need most in our upcoming session? Maybe it’s clarity on a tool or practice, working through a block, role‑playing a conversation, accountability, or simply celebrating progress. Be specific so I can show up for you in the way that helps most.*
